Returns Policy We offer a 14-day-no-questions-asked return policy. If you’re unhappy with anything you’ve bought from us, just let us know immediately and you can return it for an exchange or refund.. We want you to be very happy with your purchases from us. If you would like to return or exchange, please do so within 2 weeks of receiving it.

Please return it in its original form unworn and unwashed. Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Your satisfaction truly is our top priority. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the very best customer service. If you are not happy, we are not happy!

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10 Sangiro Street, Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein 9301.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
